a)WEP validating identity problem:

Solution:
STEP 1: Click “Change advanced settings” then it will prompt out a ‘Wireless Network Connection Properties” window

STEP 2: Click “Wireless Networks” and Click “Add”

STEP 3: Key in “SSID” for your network then choose “WEP” and un-tick “The key is provided for me automatically”, then key in your password key at “Network key” and “Confirm network key”, then Click “OK” for save the setting.

Noted: You should able to get connected to the network.

b) WPA2-PSK problem: In windows, Windows Zero Utility does not support WPA2-PSK. Therefore, we recommend user to not used WPA2-PSK for wireless security, unless user got another wireless connection utility like Level One Wireless Network Utility which work with Level One Wireless Adapter.
